TIOGA PASS RESORT
Summer
2006 Reservation Information
Beginning in Summer 2005, we will no longer require minimum stays. Instead, we will feature graduated lodging
rates which decline based on the number of nights. Complete Rates are included on the website
under the “Rates” button.
As of November
2005, Summer 2006 cabin
reservations are available primarily in June, September and the first week of
October. Summer 2006 motel room reservations are more widely
available. However, in both cases, there
is only very limited space available in July and August.
We are sorry but we cannot permit dogs,
cats, or other pets in our cabins or motel rooms. Guests
who violate this policy will be assessed a clean up fee and may be required to
shorten their stay. This is pursuant to our Forest Service
Operating Plan.

Due to our short
summer season, cancellations, especially late cancellations, can be very
damaging to us, so we have a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation, we will
refund fifty percent of your deposit if we actually receive notice of
cancellation sixty or more days prior to the first day of the reservation. If
notice is actually received within sixty days of the first day of the
reservation, the entire deposit is non-refundable. Finally, if you cancel within 14 days of the
first day of the reservation, we reserve the right to charge the entire balance
remaining to your credit card.
Please email us at reservations@tiogapassresort.com
to make a reservation, or if you have questions, and we will respond as soon as
we can. Please do not telephone us
concerning summer reservations. We only
have a satellite telephone, so we are forced to handle reservations through
emails. Thanks in advance for your
patience with the process -- TPR is a challenging place this time of year and
there are only a few of us, so we are often very busy. If we don’t get to your email right away,
most likely we are fixing or shoveling something, so the waiting line stands
still for everyone, equally. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you
next Summer!
